播期、播量和氮肥对强筋小麦运旱618产量和品质的影响

Effects of sowing time, seeding rate and Fertilizer rate on “Yunhan 618” grain yield and yield components

摘要: 为给小麦高产优质栽培和大面积推广提供科学依据,在大田条件下,采用正交试验设计,研究了不同播期播量及底施氮肥用量对运旱618产量和品质性状的影响。结果表明:播期和播量对运旱618的产量有显著影响,对品质影响不明显;随着氮肥用量的增加蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值显著提高,面筋指数变化不大。综合分析,本试验条件下,强筋小麦运旱618在播期10 月8日、播量300×104hm2(基本苗)、氮肥(尿素)262.5kg/hm2时,可以获得较高的产量水平和优良的品质。

Abstract: To provide scientific basis for wheat cultivation and promotion, the effects of different sowing time, seeding rate and nitrogen fertilizer rate on‘Yunhan 618’grain yield and quality were studied under field condition by the method of orthogonal design. The results showed that sowing time and seeding rate had significant effects on the yield of‘Yunhan 618’, but it had little effect on quality. Protein content, wet gluten content and sedimentation value increased obviously with the increase of fertilizer rate, but the change of gluten index was not significant. Comprehensive analysis showed that under the experimental condition, strong gluten wheat‘Yunhan 618’could achieve a higher level of production and good quality when the sowing time was October 8, seeding rate was 300×104 plants/hm2 and fertilizer rate was 262.5 kg/hm2.
