植千金处理方式对‘峰光’葡萄的影响

Effects of Zhiqianjin Treatments on the Growth of ‘Fengguang’ Grape

摘要:

为了提升葡萄产量和品质,研究葡萄高效绿色生产技术,实现张家口地区葡萄产业稳步发展。以5年生‘峰光’葡萄苗为供试材料,通过田间试验,研究微量元素水溶肥植千金对葡萄叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、叶片透光率、果实单粒重和果实性状的影响,筛选最佳处理方法。结果表明,采用植千金800倍液喷施2次效果最好,与对照(清水喷施3次)相比,显著增加‘峰光’葡萄叶片净光合速率0.113 μmol/(m2·s)、气孔导度0.030 mmol/(m2·s)、胞间CO2浓度1.282 μmol/mol、蒸腾速率0.143 mmol/(m2·s)、葡萄单粒重0.72 g、可溶性固形物含量1.10个百分点,加深了‘峰光’葡萄果皮颜色,增加了香味浓郁感,专家评分提高了8分。试验结果可为葡萄生产提质增效和绿色高效发展提供参考。

Abstract:

To improve the yield and quality of grapes and realize the steady development of grape industry in Zhangjiakou, studies on efficient and green production technologies of grape were carried out. Using 5-year-old seedlings of ‘Fengguang’ grape as the test material, we explored the effects of Zhiqianjin, a trace element and water-soluble fertilizer, on the growth indicators of ‘Fengguang’ grape, including the leaf net photosynthetic rate, leaf stomatal conductance, leaf transmittance rate, single fruit weight and fruit characters. Then, we selected the best method of Zhiqianjin application. The results showed that the best treatment was to spray Zhiqianjin twice with 800-dilution on the seedlings of ‘Fengguang’ grape. Compared with the control (spraying clear water for 3 times), it significantly increased the leaf net photosynthetic rate by 0.113 μmol/(m2·s), the leaf stomatal conductance by 0.030 mmol/(m2·s), the intercellular CO2 concentration by 1.282 μmol/mol, the transpiration rate by 0.143 mmol/(m2·s), single grape weight by 0.72 g, and soluble solid content by 1.10 percentage points, and deepened the peel color of ‘Fengguang’ grapes and increased the sense of aroma. Expert score was increased by 8 points. The experiment can lay a solid foundation for improving the quality and efficiency of grape production.
